Axactor just formalized with Cajamar and with another listed financial company in Spain the purchase of NPLs and REOs. Agreements, reached in a bilateral way, have a face value of over 250 million euros. The closed project closed with Cajamar, called “Tango II” has 600 assets and an appraisal value of over 30 million, approximately.
Projects christened as “Omega 1” and “Omega 2” originated by the listed company, are composed by a REOs portfolio with an appraisal value of 80M and over 2,000 residential assets (Omega 1), and a second portfolio of unsecured NPLs with a face value of 150 million and 16,000 files.
Axactor continues to increase its investment in Spanish Real Estate via its fifth and sixth REOs portfolio and is consolidated as a solid and active investor in the national debt market.
Via these acquisitions, Axactor continues its strategy based on diversifying the business, growing in a controlled way in different Secured, Unsecured and REOs segment, combined with a strong specialization and the vocation of service to third parties.
